    Description

A quote: ' Groningen and other Dutch universities are among the first to put in place an initiative, backed by a federation of European governments, to harmonize curriculums and requirements. The objective is to make it easier for students to transfer among universities and find jobs across Europe. In other words, a European degree should serve as a kind of academic passport that warrants the holder's skills and knowledge. Once recognized abroad, it should increase the appeal of European universities to foreign students.'  See this link to the article.
