In this workshop we showed 10-14 year old participants of the IMC Weekendschool what Machine Learning researchers do. This included a talk about the breadth of possible topics and backgrounds, as well as hands-on experience where the children collected their own data and built their own Machine Learning model.
The aim of this workshop is to expose children to various possible career paths.
