    How does medical specialist continuing education respond to the requirements of flexibility and employability of medical specialists in the movement towards right care in the right place?
    How do we restructure specialist medical training to achieve the right balance between generalist and specialist care?
    How do we make connections between the various continuing education programmes?
    How do we make room for talent development and sustainable training?

    In this workshop, we will share our findings to date and discuss with you interactively the necessary adjustments in the MSVO needed to respond to future developments. An interactive session and three parallel breakout rooms .
