Stadslabs

During this workshop, participants shared experiences in setting up and programming educational and research activities in and from physical places/learning environments in a neighborhood or district. In Amsterdam the University of Applied Sciences Amsterdam works together with the Public Library Amsterdam with the concept of the Neighborhood Campus. In other cities, such as Leiden, The Hague, Rotterdam and Groningen (WIJS Groningen), other forms of (city) labs have been developed.
