Description

Invited as moderator to the session on Financing Offshore Transmission Assets, I was able to explain to the public the importance of a sound legal framework for securing sufficient financial means for an offshore grid. Based on my experience from recent projects (PROMOTioN, Ready4DC) I could question the panelists on their view on the financing challenges for offshore transmission assets.
